Overall, I’m so glad Blues and Brews went well. It was so stressful but it went smoothly (at least on the outside) and from what I could tell everyone was glad that they came! The acts were incredible. I’m glad I could at least hear them from a distance. It was definitely a long day, but I’m so glad I got to experience it and be apart of the team that put it together. This is an event that I myself would love to just sit and enjoy, and from what the guest were telling me at the end of the night, they thought so too.
From a technical perspective, this was a crazy big event with so many moving parts. It’s incredible it all went as well as it did! To see so many individuals working together to put on this event was awesome. I wish I would have had more opportunities to interact with them, but perhaps that’s on the list for next year!
