Country music has always been the best kind of music to me, and being able to be apart of Flagstaffs First Country Music Festival was such a great experience. It was a lot of hard work, but all so worth it. I loved seeing a driving range transform in to a beautiful festival. The music was awesome, the food was delicious, and the weather could have not been better. Working the merchandise booth I couldn’t have had a better view of the 6 bands that played that day.
After set up and the day of the actual festival I was exhausted but it all was so worth it. Being able to get to know my fellow interns better and becoming closer with Jen and Deb has been great! Now its just about time for Oktoberfest and I cannot wait for all the fun and hard work that it will bring.
