Hiring a Wedding Planner can save you time, energy and money so you can relax and enjoy your special day. Peak Events can assist with all stages of planning. We offer a variety of options and work together with you to create your perfect wedding.

In addition to our packages for weddings, vow renewals and commitment ceremonies, Peak Events tailors services to express your unique style.

Packages start at $1500. Individual consulting is available on an hourly basis for $85

The Full Service Bridal Package
This package is designed for the bride and groom who want to be involved with the planning of the wedding but don’t know where to start. It is great if you want to relax and leave all the details to us.
As your partner in planning, we coordinate the ideal team of vendors, provide you with expert advice, creative ideas and orchestrate all the logistical details.
With full planning, we are there from your first vendor selection to when the last guest departs, to make sure it’s the day you have dreamed about. This package includes:

  • Staging and Audio/Visual

  • Contract Review & Negotiation

The Day of Plus Package
The Day of Plus Package is tailored for the bride and grooms that have all their plans in place but need someone to make sure everything runs smoothly on that special day. We work with all the vendors and keep them on track. We coordinate and assist with all of the details from the rehearsal to the completion of the reception. This package includes:


  • Preliminary planning (Unlimited email and text consultations)

  • 2 in-person meetings starting 4 weeks prior to your wedding day

  • Day of Itinerary Coordination

  • Review contracts and contact vendors two weeks prior to the event

  • Coordinate all vendors based on final timeline decisions

  • Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors on wedding day

  • Management of onsite decisions

  • Site walk thru to finalize event flow and set-up

  • Wedding & Reception Coordination

  • Guiding you graciously through your day

  • Distributing gratuities or final payments to all vendors

Partial Planning Packages
Partial Planning Packages are available for the bride and groom that want to be involved with aspects of planning but still feel they need assistance. Together we design a package that is right for YOU.
