Peak Events was formed in 2001 to provide quality event planning services to Flagstaff, Arizona. Peak Events is owned by a local Mother Daughter team, Debbi and Jennifer Grogan. Debbi handles all levels of planning, specializing in producing festivals, weddings and social events that reflect the unique needs of each client. Debbi emphasizes the importance of establishing a distinct and personal relationship with each client as to ensure their vision is fully realized for each event. Jennifer is also experienced in event management with producing the 1st annual Rock the House and is currently the lead event producer for Flagstaff Oktoberfest. Jennifer has recently been coordinating weddings as well as providing Social Media Management for local companies. From our first meeting to the very last detail, our team will provide professional services with a commitment to the success of your event.

Belle Worthley | Event Planner
Hello! My name is Belle Worthley. I am a student at NAU studying Public Relations and Advertising. I am an active member in the community and enjoy staying busy! I hope to accomplish much in my life and Peak Events is a great start to it! I am currently interning learning about corporate, fundraiser and wedding events. What would living the dream look like? Me in a big city, working at an agency doing public relations and advertising (as they often work hand in hand) or being a professional event planner! Maybe even both.
Sally Young | Wedding Planner
Sally Young has been planning weddings and events for more than 20 years. She has personally coordinated over 300 weddings. Sally has a Masters Degree in Counseling from Springfield College and has worked with individuals and families since 1990. After years of working events mostly on the weekends, Sally has decided to devote herself full time to Event and Wedding Planning. Sally has raised three children and currently lives with her husband in Sedona. When she is not working she enjoys traveling, hiking, dancing, and family time. Sally specializes in connecting with all people. She likes to keep things simple, calm, fun, and meaningful.
