So I am currently on Winter Break and will be starting the Spring semester of 2017 to finish up my Junior year at NAU in about a week or so! It’s amazing how fast the break has gone by, but even more amazing how fast the fall semester went! Fall semester was definitely the most challenging time I’ve had since beginning college, but I ended up surprising myself with better grades than expected which I can’t complain about! I was pretty busy this last semester taking 16 credits, working a part time job and also working with Peak Events! But I would have to say that my time with Peak Events was one of the only things that got me through the semester in one piece! I feel that the team of interns, as well as Jennifer and Deb Grogan, have really begun to become my family. Everyone always makes me feel so comfortable and it really has been a blessing this semester getting to know everyone on the team and making memories with them! It has also been a great experience learning more about what goes on with events and I cannot wait to see even more with this upcoming semester and summer! Even though we haven’t really had a lot going on over the winter break with the interns, that makes me even more excited to get back into the swing of things with everyone! It’s going to be an equally challenging semester, but I’m ready to work harder, accomplish new things, and grow even closer with the Peak Events Family that I love!
